Aside from my McDonald’s moment last Monday, I had a great week. I weighed in this morning at 449 pounds. That is a loss of 9 pounds this week. Not too shabby.
What I did right is changing my eating and started exercising. Unfortunately, my left leg really tightened up after Wednesday and I have not had a chance to work out since. My leg does feel better this morning so I am going to do my best to get a good workout in this evening.
My goals for this week are simple:
- Keep my caloric intake between 2000-2200 a day
- Exercise for 30 minutes 5 days
Nine pounds! Good job. You're doing great and I love the exercise goal. I don't have a dehydrator so I don't know a whole lot about it. I do know when you make your own dried foods it is a lot better for you. Whole foods are best though.
ReplyDeleteCouldn't believe the Saints choked in Seattle. I'm not a huge Pete Carol fan. (OK I toned that down a lot.) Tonight's game should be interesting. Got an opinion?
Damn dude! What a fantastic start!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing how the dehydrator works. I love dried fruit. My friends also made their own beef jerky that was fab.
Way to go! Keep it up, you are going to do great!
ReplyDeleteyep, you're off to a brilliant start. when injury kicks in, try not to let it damage your motivation. if you've hurt your leg, keep your arms moving with punches or something. good luck!
